Bratville Photography Policies

At Bratville Photography, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience. Please review our policies below to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Booking Policies

  1. Session Booking:

    • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

    • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  2. Rescheduling:

    • Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours' notice.

    • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

    • In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or extreme weather, Bratville Photography will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

  3. Cancellations:

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. We will offer one opportunity to reschedule without a new deposit.

Session Policies

  1. Arrival:

    • Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times to accommodate other clients.

    • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

  2. Outfit Changes:

    • Outfit changes are included in Standard, Deluxe, and Premium packages. Additional changes may incur an extra fee.

  3. Props:

    • Clients are welcome to bring their own props. Please inform us in advance to ensure proper setup.

    • Props provided by Bratville Photography may be subject to additional charges.

  4. Guests:

    • For safety and efficiency, please limit guests to those being photographed or directly assisting (e.g., parents of children).

Image Delivery Policies

  1. Turnaround Time:

    • Edited images will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Priority editing is available for an additional fee.

  2. Delivery Method:

    • Images will be delivered digitally via a secure link.

    • Printed options or physical copies can be arranged at an additional cost.

  3. Additional Edits:

    • Clients are entitled to the number of edited images specified in their package.

    • Additional edits can be requested for $5 per image.

Copyright and Usage

  1. Photographer Rights:

    • Bratville Photography retains the copyright to all images.

    • Images may be used for promotional purposes, such as social media, website galleries, or marketing materials. If you prefer your images not be used, please notify us in writing before the session.

  2. Client Rights:

    • Clients are granted personal use rights to the delivered images.

Payment Policies

  1. Accepted Payments:

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Venmo).

  2. Late Payments:

    • Full payment is required before the delivery of images. Late payments may result in delays in delivery.

Liability

  1. Bratville Photography is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.

  2. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or rescheduling at no additional cost.
