Welcome to Bratville Partyland! We’re here to make your event planning simple, stress-free, and fun. Below, you’ll find all the details on how to book, rental terms, and answers to frequently asked questions.  

How to Book
1. Browse & Select Your Items
   - Explore our selection of inflatables, concession machines, and party props through our website.  
   - Choose the products you want to rent and add them to your cart.  

2. Pick Your Date & Time  
   - During checkout, select your event date, time, and location.  
   - Availability is shown in real-time, so you can book with confidence.  

3. Complete Your Booking 
   - Review your selections and checkout to secure your rental.  
   - You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.  

4. Event Day Setup  
   - We’ll handle delivery, setup, and takedown of all items so you can focus on enjoying the party!  

Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Period: Standard rental is for per hour. Additional hours are available for an extra fee.  
2. Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve your rentals. The remaining balance is due upon delivery/setup.  
3. Cancellations:  
   - Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.  
   - Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.  
   - In case of bad weather, you may reschedule at no additional cost.  
4. Delivery & Setup: Delivery fees vary based on location. We will arrive 1-2 hours before the event for setup.  
5. Safety & Care:  
   - Adult supervision is required at all times.  
   - No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects on inflatables.  
   - Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.  

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How far in advance should I book?  
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.  

2. What happens if it rains?
For safety, inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain or high winds. You may reschedule your booking for a later date.  

3. Do you deliver and set up? 
Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are all included in your rental fee. Delivery fees apply based on location.  

4. How much space do I need for inflatables?
Each inflatable has different space requirements. Dimensions are listed on the product page to help you plan.  

5. Are there any additional fees?
Delivery fees apply based on location. Extended rental hours or damage to equipment may incur extra charges.  

6. How do I pay?
Payments can be made securely through the website. We accept credit cards and other standard payment methods.
